Koroneiki is a nice mix of strong tropical and herbal scents and is a very robust oil that is quite pungent, and fruity.
It is complex with many herbaceous flavors, but mostly characteristics of artichoke, green tea, black pepper, and green banana.
Good for finishing and cooking.
